Since the Loan To Value (LTV) is the greatest determining factor in our loan approval process, providing a loan proposal to you can be done without detailed or personal information upfront. Our goal is to give you a detailed breakdown of our loan proposal prior to ever having to complete an application or meet with us in our office. We require a minimum of 30% down on all purchase Transactions and will go up to 65% Loan To Value on
refinance and cash out transactions. -
Our loan amounts range from $100,000 to $2,000,000.

We offer loan terms up to 7 years and most of our loans have no prepayment penalties.
